We Are Now Part of Motherson
Motherson completed the acquisition of Yutaka Giken Co., Ltd., which now operates as Motherson Yutaka. This marks an important milestone in the Group's strategic growth and gives rise to a new Vehicle Systems division within Motherson, expanding our ability to serve automotive customers around the world.
By combining Motherson's global manufacturing footprint with Yutaka's engineering excellence, Motherson Yutaka strengthens the Group's capabilities in product development, manufacturing, and long-term relationships with leading global automakers, including a strengthened relationship with Honda.

Since 2017 we have participated in the Honda Week of Service, supporting the communities where we operate through social work, reforestation, and educational donations.

We improve our community's social environment through green space maintenance, reforestation, and support for education and health, in the communities of Jocoqui and Caleras de Amexhe, Apaseo el Grande.
